• Before service date: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.
• After service commencement: No refunds are available once services have been delivered or rides have commenced.
• Consultation cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the consultation fee.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
